Estimated Messaging Costs for Prospect AI Workflows
Prospect AI includes complete AI automation, CRM access, and full customer journey workflows — but some message-based activities, such as WhatsApp and SMS, are usage-based and billed separately.
To help you understand and anticipate monthly messaging costs, we’ve outlined estimated usage pricing below based on average nurturing flows built into Prospect AI.
🔁 Understanding Usage-Based Messaging Costs
Our automation sequences are designed to engage leads with minimal input, using a combination of WhatsApp or SMS (depending on location) and email.
Here’s how we calculate typical messaging use:
- WhatsApp Workflows: Based on an average of 8 business-initiated messages per lead. Only the first message (template) incurs a fee — any replies or 24-hour sessions are free.
- SMS Workflows: Based on an average of 20 messages per lead, including initial nurturing and 2-way follow-up to book appointments.
- Email Workflows: All accounts include email nurturing. Email is billed per send, but rates are extremely low.
🟢 Note: Most clients use either WhatsApp or SMS, not both:
- UAE, GCC & Europe prefer WhatsApp + Email
US & Canada typically use SMS + Email
